Hello ☺ ☺ ☺
I'm a digital creative with a strong foundation in design and fine arts. UX and UI get my creative gears turning. I handle HTML & CSS (try playing with this website!) and navigate Adobe, Figma, and Sketch with ease. I'm a versatile creator, making everything from graphics and illustrations to photography and video. I'm a keen team player, fostering collaboration and enhancing the creative process. All of these skills enable me to craft delightful experiences for my end users.
My journey kicked off as a freelancer. In 2016 I became a UX Designer @ Amazon. Since then I've defined, designed, tested and refined several internal applications impacting thousands. My proficiency in coding allows me to collaborate seamlessly with my dev team, streamlining the entire process and having plenty giggles on the way to shipment.

I've been one of key players in shaping our UX processes ensuring the success of our forever expanding team and our partner teams. The processes not only cover the UX itself of searching, designing, testing and iterating new components, patterns and templates, providing documentation and communicating changes and upcoming projects with our customer, but also address handling a constant stream of customer requests and addressing bug reports, maintaining design and code libraries at highest quality and strategise releases ensuring delivering most delightful experiences for our end customers.
In our UX strategy, agility is paramount. We conduct spontaneous gorilla testing with nearby team members for swift insights. With the advantage of a substantial user base, we implement thorough user testing, interviews, surveys, and customer workshops. Additionally, we leverage dashboards for detailed click stream analysis. Every decision we make is firmly rooted in data, ensuring a user-centric and data-driven approach to design.
